The 2025 rental season here at Villa Jupeter was busy and rewarding. Over a seven-month period, we maintained an occupancy rate exceeding 90%, a clear sign of its popularity. Guests have praised the peaceful atmosphere and exceptional facilities, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Many visitors enjoyed the short 300-meter walk to Cavo Barbaro Taverna, located on the pristine Avlaki beach. This nearby taverna offers delicious local cuisine and a chance to experience authentic Greek hospitality. The combination of villa comfort and local charm keeps guests coming back.
